If you would like to edit or cancel your order, please contact our team at thundr.nz@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we’ll try to help you out.

Typically your order will arrive within 5-7 working days. There may delays around holiday periods.

Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You’ll be able to use this to track your order.

Each of our items has a sizing chart on the product page. Use this as a guide when selecting sizing. If you order the wrong size, you can use our 30 Day Guarantee to return and exchange it for the right size – T&Cs apply.


Shipping & Returns

All shipping is done via tracked courier. This way you’ll be able to see when they’re arriving and can be sure they’ll arrive safe and sound!

At this stage, our products are only available New Zealand Wide. If you are overseas and would like some kit, send us an email at thundr.nz@gmail.com and we’ll help sort you out.

We offer a 30 Day Guarantee – if, for whatever reason, you aren’t satisfied or you’ve ordered the wrong size you can return it within 30 Days for an exchange or refund.
